Transportation - Unfortunately there are no metered taxi in Siem Reap but Tuk Tuk is available on request at your convenient time. For transportation assistance please contact our reception.

Voyage Through Angkor - For those wishing information on the spectacular Angkor Temple Complex and local highlights, sightseeing tours and local excursions, please contact our reception.

Air Conditioning - All guest rooms have individually-controlled air conditioning. * For your liking, you will enjoy the natural wind with opening windows and our traditional ceiling fans.

Drinking Water - The tap water is not recommended to drink. We supply bottles of complimentary drinking water in your room.

Maintenance - For any problem related to maintenance, please contact our reception.

Mini Bar - Please select your favorite drink, snack or refreshment. We will record your consumption and replenish your bar daily. Your account will be charged accordingly.

Room Service - Enjoy a meal or snack from 7am to 8pm every day in the privacy of your room. Please contact our reception for the menu. * For your needs of a meal or snack at midnight or early morning, please request our reception in advance.

Cashier - Cashier operates from 7am to 10pm every day. For guests leaving by the first morning flight, we suggest you settle your account the night before to avoid any delay of your departure.

Check-Out Time - Check out time is 12:00 noon. If this is inconvenient for you, please contact our reception. Every effort will be made to accommodate your reasonable requests.

Credit Arrangement - In settling your account, we accepts major credit cards: Master Card, Visa, and JCB Card. * As approvals may take time, credit arrangements should be made well in advance of checking out.
